The Escape Protocol is my personal, integrative framework developed through a profound physiological transformation and decades of medical practice in internal medicine, cardiology, longevity science, and aesthetic medicine. It represents the synthesis of lived experience and scientific understanding — combining lifestyle regulation, structured physical training, nutrition, chronobiology, biomarker awareness, and hormonal balance into a coherent system guided by biological signals rather than rigid rules. At its core, the Escape Protocol is based on chronobiology and cycle synchronization. It emphasizes the alignment of internal rhythms — sleep, metabolism, hormonal cycles, recovery, and physical performance — recognizing timing as a fundamental regulator of health, resilience, and aging.
